Ocean View Beach is a private beach located in Runaway Bay in St Ann, Jamaica. It offers a good standard of facilities and swimming, for a fee.

The beach features a very broad stretch of golden sand, and a buoyed swimming area, which can get a bit choppy depending on the weather. Almond trees also provide some shade.

There are toillets on site as well as facilities for changing and showering as well as two small bar and snack shops. Loungers are available free of charge.

Located on the dual carriageway North Coast Highway, access to the beach is controlled by the Cardiff Hall Owners' Association.

Independent vendor stalls with a variety of products are located by the edges of the property.
