While it’s impossible to click your heels and reach your destination, the services and facilities of Club Kingston and Club Mobay airport lounges are a great way to get families to their final destination as quickly and seamlessly as possible.

To begin with, guests who book the Meet and Greet program typically start their holidays faster with the quick and efficient Fast Track airport service available to our clients. Kids will delight when they see their names on a welcome paddle as one of our friendly and knowledgeable staff collects your family after deplaning and helps expedite you through Immigration and Customs. There to guide you through the airport, our staff are also willing to lend a hand with carry-on items, help answer any questions you may have about your immigration forms, while at the same time making everyone feel like VIPs.

On the return home, make a reservation with your travel professionals or the lounges to receive the same Fast Track to the departure lounge. Parents can stay in vacation mode while watching their kids take advantage of Pickney Place, the sound-controlled kids play area located in Club Mobay, which offers a wide range of activities to keep the kids entertained. These include: colouring books and crayons, mini tables and chairs, a play bus they can ‘drive’ and a flat screen TV to watch cartoons with a video game area for teens coming soon!

Family friendly facilities available inside both departure lounges include: family restrooms with changing tables for babies, changing rooms to get the family ready for anticipated change of weather at your destination,  a shower area for your convenience, stepping stools for little ones to reach the sink, a nursing area for mums on the go and high chairs based on availability.

Prices for families of 10 or more traveling on the same day and same flight will benefit from a preferred group rate. Kid’s rates for Club Mobay: Infants (under 2yrs) are free, children 12 yrs and under are $25 per child for arrival, $20 per child for departure and $40 per child for bundle service. 

Kid’s rates for Club Kingston: Infants (under 2yrs) are free, children 12 yrs and under are $20 per child for arrival, $20 per child for departure, $35 per child for bundle service.
